MacTo use automatic configuration:365

  1. Ensure that your Autodiscover DNS record has been created with your domain registrar (DNS provider).
  2. Click Outlook from top left menu bar and choose Preferences.
  3. Click Accounts
  4. Click the + button in lower left and choose Exchange.
    1. Enter your email address
    2. Enter your email address
    3. Type in your password
    4. Check configure automatically
    5. Click Add Account when finished.
  5. Check Always use my response for this server and click Allow.

Your account has now been added. You can close this screen and your email data/folders will begin to download. This process can take several minutes depending on how much email data you have on the server.
